Wonderful day! The most beautiful day in our dog's history! At the World Dog Show in Leipzig we had a great successes! The biggest of them is the title of the World Winner for born and raised in our kennel DALILA Succession of Baron, daughter of our beloved pair GBGV: Czarus - CHARMING Danda Bohemia and Frotka - Black Majesty FEMME FATALE. DALILA is from the beginning under the care of Małgosia Tymczak from Poznan, who calls her “PEPSI” and created a unique duo that has many successes but today has pierced all the hitherto!
But that's not the end. CHARMING DANDA Bohemia, our Sweetheart, Pepsi's and many Polish GBGV’s father (and grandfather) became the Veteran World Winner!!! It was a big surprise and it was the culmination of many successes. Titles in front of their names are really impressive! The final competition of the BOB,
where two of the five dogs are ours, was affecting…
Accompanying of Czarus, our young Gascony Basset - FLERA Succession of Baron also came out great.
She was the first with excellent grades in her class.
It was nice to see also our pupil PBGV - EOICA Succession of Baron, IDALIA doughter and her Czech owner Annicka, who got a third place in the class! The day was wonderful for another reason also: never at the same time we could meet so many fantastic, nice friends! Too little space for their names but can say that they was from Germany, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia and Poland.
Time in such great company was fast and cheerful ... But after returning...

- We have already 12 weeks. Some of us are still looking for new homes and some are just waiting to travel only. This time the pictures were taken in "free style", during the fun. That's what came out of here.

- Today is an important day! We are already 8 weeks so we can go to the new homes. Some of us, however, go far and due to some people regulations they still have to wait a few weeks. But we are very happy in such a large group. The rest of pictures you can see here.

- This is our last joint session. We have 7 weeks and in a few days the first of us will go to the new houses ... All pics as always, in a folder.

- We - little "grands" are developing very fast and we have already finished 4 weeks! Our carers gave us names and traditionally made a lot of pics. They are nice, aren’t they? All are to be viewed in our folder.

Our tiny grands have just finished 2 weeks! They have been sleeping, eating and ... well known.

Holly's journey to Sweden (DONATELLA Succession of Baron), under the care of Kasia I Marta, was a bull's-eye! Today ten beautiful babies were born - 6 boys and 4 girls. Father, as previously we said, is Hillguard's DOCTOR WATSON - Zelina's favorite. Holly maintained the family tradition: her mother - Frotka was born 23rd, she and her siblings (litter D) also 23rd! Childbirth ran without any problems and the kids look wonderful! See for yourself:

We have two weeks already! Our carers are happy because we drink a lot of milk and grow up nicely. At the end of the second week we opened our eyes and started to run :) We have some fun, also.

A great surprise made us Ida and Akin – the ward of our friend Iza. Lovely seven beautiful little ones: three boys and four girls! came to the world on 4th of July - Independence Day! Idusia probably wanted us to make a gift for the 7th wedding anniversary! <3 We are in love!

After 3 years of pause will appear the desire of puppies Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen in our kennel!
All the more we are happy to have a mother for the first time – Donatella from our second litter.
Father you can be admired in the picture! It is not only beautiful but also has a great temperament!We keep our fingers crossed!

There were a lot of wonderful moments on Basset Club Show. In the lead role - our "grands". Czarus - CHARMING Danda Bohemia presented himself so well that the judge and all the viewers did not want to believe he was in the veteran class! Even more, after a while, his daughter enchanted all the spectators. Pepsi - DALILA Succession of Baron and her owner Gosia Tymczak were the best this day! Pepsi beat her father in BOB competition and on the final, she won... BEST in SHOW!!! Czarus had a great day also - he won Veteran Best in Show!! We have been very, very proud and happy!

Finally, after 4 weeks, we have already confirmed that our Idalia (PBGV) will be mum at the beginning of July. The father will be a beautiful German breeding boy - Akin, whose happy owner is our friend Iza.

Visiting Sweden
As usual fate likes to play tricks and poses a great challenge to us. Holly, decided to accelerate the date, and so we had to organize the entire trip quickly. Well, that boy was already looked after by us!
I was hoping that Holly would like it too. :-)It was a great trip in the perfect company of friend Marta . The ferry and several hours car journey passed quickly. Zelina turned out to be a very nice person with a great knowledge of the Grand bassets.
We had a great time and it was so hard to say goodbye!We are looking forward to the results of our trip!

Our Czarus, despite his 9 years of age, can still be delighted. On the IDS in Opole he beat his daughter Donatella (Holly) and won the BOB! The judge, who knows him from an early age, was surprised by his excellent condition and elegance in motion. Our youngest - Flera was first time in the youth class, although she was
more interested in smells in the grass it reached for the Youth Winner and the Best of Breed.
In addition, in the competition "Best Couple" - Holly and Czarus stood on the podium in III place.This day was special for us in another respect, it was the day of the birth of our beloved Frotka. She would be 7 years old... We miss her every single day…

We did it! After many years of try-on we finally went to Cruft’s! We did not think that we will receive as many wonderful impressions as we get. The most emotion we had to see in the ring our kids from the first litter Basset Bleu de Gascogne. It was FIGARO Succession of Baron avec Kantilou and FIONA Succession of Baron. Figaro did wonderfull by winning Best Puppy and Junior and Reserve Best Dog! Fiona won the youth class also and she lost in comparison with brother Figgy only. During the competitions, we were in emotions with our English friends together: Tina (the owner of Figaro), Amanda (showing this young boy) and Dionne (the owner of Fiona). At the same time, at the neighboring ring we were supporting "peebs and "grands" of our friends from Poland, England, Denmark and the Netherlands. After the competitions, it was time for a small meeting with friends at a makeshift table with specialties from all friendly countries. Oh, it was fun! :-)
The following days also brought many impressions. On a Friday, together with Hillary, Tina, Amanda and Jules we celebrated our beloved Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen breed at a special stand. An amazing surprise for us was the photo of our couple - Czarus and Frotka on the big poster popularizing the breed. Nobody could tell us how they got to the British Basset Griffon Vendeen Club…
After Cruft's emotions, another exciting day has passed us along with Jayne and Amanda in amazing old Oxford. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world! The priceless time spent with Amanda, her family and lovely Cassi (Casablanka from our first litter) was the perfect ending to this unforgettable adventure!
We hope to repeat this madness in the coming years! :-)

For the Champion of Champions show in Leszno, we came with only one girl - Holly. Our "grandi" was in a cheerful mood and came out great in the ring, winning (in stake) Best of Breed! We had extra emotions looking on our friend Iza and her "peeb" LENKA.

Season 2017 has started! At the beginning of we went to Lubin and showed our two girls: FLERA Succession of Baron in Puppy Class was first and received VP and Best Puppy! We have been very proud! Holly - DONATELLA Succession of Baron got: I, Ex. CAC and Best of Breed !!! Not only great results in the ring but also several hours spent in wonderful company (Magda, Marek, Roma, Marcin, Marta and Waldek) made the first kennel event this year was very successful!
